Ling
Molva molva
Ling, also called burbot, is a bottom-dwelling fish found in the pristine waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. It is typically found at the depths of 100-400 metres in rocky or sandy areas.
With its mild flavour and firm, white flesh, ling is used in a variety of dishes. Ling is a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, including vitamin D, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids.
