Saithe
Pollachius virens
Saithe, also known as pollock or coley, is a species of fish that is found in the fresh waters of the North Atlantic and North Pacific Ocean.
It is known for its mild, sweet flavour and firm, white flesh that is low in fat and high in protein. Saithe is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and other essential nutrients.
