North Atlantic herring is a nutritious fish species, and are known for the oily and flavorful flesh. The fish is wild caugth in the open, cold Atlantic ocean.
Herring is a schooling fish, known for swimming together in large groups, or schools, which can consist of thousands or even millions of individuals.
This Atlantic fish is rich on omega-3 fatty acids, and a good source of protein and other essential nutrients, including vitamin D, vitamin B12, and selenium.
